Pasaron 50 años y seis meses para que México volviera a la senda de la victoria en Fórmula 1, gracias a Sergio Pérez.
El mexicano lideró las últimas 23 vueltas del Gran Premio de Sakhir para subir a lo más alto del podio por primera vez en 190 participaciones, siendo el segundo piloto azteca en lograrlo, después de Pedro Rodríguez, en 1970.
Así fue como pilotos, campeones y celebridades, mediante redes sociales, felicitaron al mexicano tras este hito histórico.
